The project in a nutshell

The W.I.N. Erasmus+ project, short for Workplace Inclusion and Diversity Training and Campaigning for Professionals in the Private Sector and VET Providers, is a KA220-VET Cooperation Partnership supported by the Human Resource Development Center, the Bulgarian National Agency.
Running from October 2025 to September 2027, the project was created to address the barriers that people with disabilities still face in vocational education and employment. By applying the principles of Universal Design and Universal Design for Learning, W.I.N. aims to support more accessible, inclusive, and practical learning and working environments across Europe.
The project focuses on strengthening cooperation between vocational education providers, employers, HR professionals, public authorities, and people with disabilities themselves in order to promote more inclusive pathways into the labour market.
W.I.N. aims to contribute to:
- improved accessibility and inclusion in vocational education and workplace environments;
- strengthened competences of VET educators, managers, and HR professionals in inclusive practices and diversity approaches;
- increased employability and participation of people with disabilities through accessible and practical training opportunities;
- stronger cooperation between education providers, employers, and public institutions to support long-term inclusion and accessibility.
