Call for participants “Inclusive Mobility Alliance”

Are you between 18 and 35 years old and officially Belgian resident? Have you had previous experiences within Erasmus + Programme? Are you interested in making your voice heard? Are you at ease with using English for 2 days? Then, you might be interested in the following project: “Inclusive Mobility Alliance”
This project will allow for the first time to gather around a same table European organisations working together for making mobility programme more inclusive.

The aims of this project are:
- To gather partners from different fields (Youth, Higher Education and Disability) with common interest around the topic of Inclusive Mobility who don’t work together yet
- To gather and maintain existing material, resources and research papers about the inclusion of students and young people with disabilities in Erasmus+ (toolkit)
- To draft concrete recommendations on how to make the next Erasmus+ programme post-2020 more inclusive
- To create a long-lasting Alliance that will be working in the years to come on the topic of Inclusive Mobility

Participants from several European countries will meet in Brussels for 2 days (27 and 28 of September 2018) and through the use of Non-Formal Education methodologies, participants will define what Inclusive Mobility means, exchange experiences, provide relevant expertise and create a toolkit, a set of recommendations and launch the Inclusive Mobility Alliance, a long-lasting cooperation among the most relevant organisations in the fields of Youth, Higher Education and Disability at European level, working for a more inclusive and accessible Erasmus+ programme to young people with disabilities.
